We've created this website to raise awareness of the beauty of, and our dependency upon, pollinators.  Because prairie provides such ideal habitat for pollinators here in the Midwest, we also want to increase appreciation for this most sublime ecosystem.  It is our hope that what you learn here, as well as our highlighting the Decorah, Iowa, Community Prairie and Butterfly Garden, will inspire individuals and communities to develop their own prairies.
